How is this different from generic AI consulting?

We build the system, not just the strategy. Every recommendation comes with a working stack pick, an implementation roadmap, and a cost estimate. If you proceed, we implement it under a separate engagement: workflow automation, platform and API integrations, SOPs, and AI agents on your real operations. The same systems we run in our own production deployments.

How much does it cost?

Audit: RM 5,000–8,000 fixed scope. Implementation: from RM 41,000, scope-based. Retainer: from RM 10,000 per month. Corporate training: RM 10,500 per training day, HRDC-claimable. All pricing in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR), quoted per engagement. If you proceed to Implementation, the Audit fee is fully credited toward the build.

How long does an engagement take?

The Audit runs 2 weeks. Implementation projects typically take 4–12 weeks depending on scope. Retainers are monthly with no minimum commitment.

Is your training HRDC-claimable?

Yes. All our AI training is claimable under HRD Corp for eligible Malaysian employers. We handle the paperwork: course outlines, trainer profile and supporting documents are prepared for your claim submission.

Two formats. The AI Transformation Programme: a multi-day programme at RM 10,500 per training day, where participants build working automations on their own operations with progress tracked across sessions. And one-day workshops on focused topics: Copilot in Excel with Office Scripts (a module validated across 10 different companies, from finance teams to HR), AI agents for document-heavy teams, AI-assisted content creation, and Claude Code for non-developers.
